Description of Service
orqio provides a workflow automation platform for transactional communication. Our services include visual workflow design, execution monitoring, and integration with third-party communication providers.
User Accounts
To use our services, you must:
- Create an account with accurate information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the authority to bind your organization
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with our systems
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

orqio and its licensors retain all rights to the service, including all intellectual property rights. You retain all rights to your workflow configurations and data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, orqio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
